How to Submit a Request
To request a virtual or in-person presentation for your organization, complete the form on this page. While we do our best to accommodate as many requests as possible, please understand that not all requests can be fulfilled due to scheduling limitations and conflicts.
- Virtual sessions are recommended for small groups or when travel exceeds three hours, offering flexibility, cost savings and increased accessibility.
- Before submitting a request, consider attending a pre-planned retirement session. This helps maximize resources and ensures broader access to information for all members. Checking the retirement sessions page, before submitting your request, can help avoid schedule conflicts.
- Submit requests at least 90 days before your preferred presentation date.
- Each organization may request one group presentation per fiscal year.
