When you log in, you’ll see the Home screen. You can see your real-time individual deductible and individual maximum out-of-pocket amounts from here. Just below this information, you can quickly view your digital ID card and get to your inbox to read messages from BCBSTX.
From the Home screen, you can easily navigate to:
- Find an in-network provider or facility.
- Go to Well onTarget® for health and wellness tools.
- See information about prior authorizations and referrals.
- Contact a Personal Health Guide.
- Link to CVS Caremark for prescription information.
- Link to the TRS website.
Find Care Now
Click on Find Care Now from the Home screen to look for a doctor, hospital, or urgent care facility. Hit “Launch Provider Finder” to search for providers by name, specialty, or procedure.
Use Nurseline to connect with a nurse for help deciding where to go for care. Access Teladoc® to get virtual medical and mental health care from wherever you are.
Well onTarget®
Well onTarget offers personalized tools and resources to help you manage your health conditions and reach your wellness goals — at no extra cost. Once you select Well onTarget, click Continue to Well onTarget. This will take you to the mobile site.
With Well onTarget, you can:
- Take a health assessment to see how your health measures up.
- Access videos, podcasts, 12-week programs, and other tools to help with conditions like back pain, asthma, and sleep issues.
- Link your fitness devices and nutrition apps to track your progress.
- Get one-on-one coaching from credentialed health experts, including dietitians, nurses, personal trainers and other specialists.
Well onTarget also has a unique program called Blue PointsSM that lets you earn points to redeem for things like books, music or sporting goods.** Once you sign up and start earning points, you’ll see your running total at the top of the Well onTarget screen.
Prior Authorization & Referrals
Click Prior Authorization & Referrals to see the status of your Primary Care Provider (PCP) referrals, if applicable, or of your prior authorizations.

CVS Caremark
Click on CVS Caremark to search by ZIP code, city, or state to find an in-network pharmacy near you. You can also see an itemized list of your prescriptions organized by date.
Claims
Click on Claims (at the bottom of the app) to see the status of your claims, including the date of service and amounts you might owe. Click on View Details for more information about any claim.
Coverage
Click on Coverage (at the bottom of the app) to see an overview of your coverage. You will see highlights of your benefits, including your coinsurance, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.
Settings
Click on Settings (at the bottom of the app) to update your contact information, language preference or password.
