Remember:
the pricing you see is the total cost for your employer. Ask your employer what their monthly contribution is, subtract that from the total, and then you'll know your monthly premium amount.
We made several changes to our TRS-ActiveCare Primary and Primary+ plans. We were able to lessen out-of-pocket costs on these plans by reducing:

Primary+ PCP and
mental health copays from $30 to $15

Primary and Primary+ Teladoc
virtual mental health visit copays from $70 to $0

Primary+
family deductible from $3,600 to $2,400

Primary
maximum-out-of-pocket from $8,150 to $7,500 and
from $16,300 to $15,000 for families
This vs. That: High Deductible vs. Physician Directed
When choosing a TRS-ActiveCare plan,
you have the option to choose one of two physician-directed plans (TRS-ActiveCare Primary and Primary+)
or a high deductible plan (TRS-ActiveCare HD).

Familiarize Yourself With Express Scripts
Starting Sept. 1, 2023, Express Scripts will be your new pharmacy benefits manager.
The
Express Scripts for TRS-ActiveCare website is live where you can explore your plan, check medication costs, and register an account.
Their 24/7 TRS-ActiveCare customer support phone line is also open. If you have specific questions, give them a call at (844) 367-6108.
