Get information about your health benefits, anytime, anywhere. Use your computer, phone or tablet to log in to BAMSM to:
- search for an in-network health care provider, hospital or pharmacy
- request or print an ID card
- check the status or history of a claim

They can treat conditions like colds, flu, allergies, asthma, skin issues, muscle strains, respiratory infections, and other acute illnesses. They can also send prescriptions to your pharmacy if needed.

- Digitally – Learn to Live is a digital mental health program available at no added cost to you. Its programs can help you with stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and more.
Health Advisors
After a significant health issue, you may need extra support. Health Advisors are nurses and other medical professionals who help you stay as healthy as possible. They may call to help you:
- learn how to manage a chronic condition
- get the care you need for serious illnesses or injuries
- manage a high-risk pregnancy
- if you've been in the hospital or had a major surgery
A Health Advisor can also make appointments for you for things like follow-ups and physical therapy. You can reach a Health Advisor at 1-866-355-5999 and choose option twobetween 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also send them a secure message or set a time for them to call you back through BAM.
