Use the View RE Ledger function in the RE Portal to view the RE Ledger Balance for each contribution account. Positive balance will be displayed in black, while negative balances (amounts owed) will be displayed in bold red type.
Positive ledger balances can be used to offset the amount of the next month’s TEXNET Deposit by remitting the difference between the amount owed for that contribution type and the existing ledger balance in that contribution account. The system will add the TEXNET deposit to the ledger balance to complete the amount owed.
