For your safety and convenience, we have a secure drop box available onsite.
Location
A drop box is available at the TRS West Building Security entrance (located along Trinity Street) as well as the TRS East Building Lobby (located on Red River Street).
Drop Box Availability
To minimize contact, drop boxes are open for members to safely place documents in the boxes from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Monday – Friday
The drop boxes are available at the TRS West Building Security entrance as well as the TRS East Building Lobby. 15-minute document drop-off parking is available outside of the West Building Security entrance.
Saturday and Sunday
Only the drop box at the TRS West Building Security entrance is available. You may park on Trinity Street or on another street nearby and walk to drop off the documents.

Traveling Southbound on Interstate 35
Take Interstate 35 southbound to downtown Austin and take exit 234 C, the 11th - 12th St./State Capitol exit. Veer right. Continue on the access road through the 12th St. traffic light. Turn right at the next traffic light—11th St. Continue on 11th St. for one block then turn left at the first light—Red River St. Take the first right turn into the TRS parking lot.
Traveling Northbound on Interstate 35
Take Interstate 35 northbound to downtown Austin and take exit 234 C, the 6th - 12th St. exit. Stay on the access road until you reach 11th St. Turn left at the traffic light—11th St. and go across the overpass bridge. Go straight through the light after the overpass. Continue on 11th St. for one block then turn left at the first light—Red River St. Take the first right turn into the TRS parking lot.
