TRS Talks: Joy at Work

In his role as a University of Texas Empowerment Program Ambassador, Michael Shaw touches lives each day by extending smiles, high-fives and words of encouragement as he goes about his work in the parking services department. In fact, many consider him a campus celebrity. As a family man and former police officer, Shaw has a lifelong passion for serving others.
