Note: You must use a recent version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

Join ZoomGov Meeting with Browser
Click the link next to Join ZoomGov Meeting. A pop-up window will prompt you to open or download the application. Click Cancel in the pop-up window, then click the Join from Your Browser link under the Launch Meeting button if you do not want to download Zoom before joining the meeting. Note: You are not required to download Zoom before joining, but you will have limited access to functionality if you join from your browser. If prompted, allow Zoom to use your microphone and camera. Enter your name, then click Join. (Optional) Select the Remember my name for future meetings check box. If prompted, enter a meeting passcode, then click Join again. You will join the meeting as a guest. If prompted, join with computer audio. Recommended: Click "Test Computer Audio" to verify settings.

Click the link next to Join ZoomGov Meeting. Zoom will open in a browser. Click Launch Meeting and click Open Zoom Meetings. If prompted, type in your name. If prompted, allow Zoom to use your microphone and camera. If prompted, join with computer audio. Recommended: Click "Test Computer Audio" to verify settings. We’ll see you soon!
