Encrypted Email Notice
In an ongoing effort to protect TRS member information, effective immediately TRS will send all communication to Reporting Employers (REs) through encrypted emails by using a secure site. This will require each user to create a log-in and password to access the encrypted emails. Please click on the link below for instructions on how to create a log-in, reset your password, and reply to emails within the secure site.

Additionally, we ask that REs send any personally identifying member information to TRS in an encrypted format. If an RE is unable to encrypt its outgoing emails, please fax any member documentation to 512-542-6599. Include your 4-digit TRS number and your coach's name on the fax.
