When you see a Top Performing Physician, you get top-quality care, save money – and you might earn a reward with Member Rewards. The below example focuses on OBGYN, but the process can be replicated for any physician you need to search for.
Find a Provider
Do you need to find a provider for your well-woman exam or other women’s health issues? Most women see an obstetrician-gynecologist, but your Primary Care Provider can also help you with:

Choose a Top Performing Physician
Finding a Top Performing Physician is easy using Provider Finder® with Blue Access for MembersSM.
Go to TRS-ActiveCare or TRS-Care Standard and log in to BAMSM.
Click on My Health > Find Care > Medical then on Find a Doctor or Hospital.
If you know the name of the provider you’d like to select, use the search box.
If you don’t have a provider in mind, under Browse by Category, select Medical Care.
Next, select Primary Care.
Choose Obstetrics & Gynecology, Family Practice or General Practice to narrow your search and find someone to help with your women’s health needs.
Look for the green Top Performing Physician badge in the list of providers then click on the provider’s name. You can also limit the list to only Top Performing Physicians by using the filter at the top.
Choose your provider and make an appointment.

Use Provider Finder® to find a doctor to help you stay up to date on vaccines and preventive care. You can search by location, gender or specialty.

If you do get sick or have an accident over the holidays, know where to go for care.
Get rewarded for getting cancer screenings like a mammogram or visit with your PCP, OBGYN or specialist with Member Rewards. You can earn up to $599 per year.
TRS-Care Medicare Advantage Resources
With the TRS-Care Medicare Advantage plan, you can earn rewards for things you probably already do, like completing your annual physical and wellness visit.
