As of Sept. 1, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) administers TRS-ActiveCare! This new coverage comes with exciting opportunities to activate your health through health and wellness programs. Check your current health status, get tips on improving your health and well-being, track your progress, and even reward yourself through Blue Points℠.

You have three ways to access these tools:

• Log in to Blue Access for Members℠ and click “Well onTarget” under “Quick Links”
• Log in to WellonTarget.com and use your Blue Access for Members username and password
• Download the AlwaysOn® wellness app on Google Play or Apple App Store

You also have access to 24/7 customer service through BCBSTX Personal Health Guides, which can be reached at 1-866-355-5999.

And don’t forget – If you enrolled in the new TRS-ActiveCare Primary or TRS-ActiveCare Primary+ plans, you’ll need to have a primary care provider (PCP).
