Provide timely and reliable information so that members and their families can make informed decisions.

Offer a variety of benefit education opportunities so that members can plan for their retirement.

Develop initiatives that enhance the member experience.

Provide timely service to reporting employers so that member data is reported to TRS accurately and consistently.

Provide online services that allow members to self-service their TRS accounts.

Process benefit requests for participants accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with TRS laws and rules.
