Milestones and Recognition

​We celebrate our achievements in multiple ways:

Shining Example Awards: As part of Public Service Recognition Week every May, TRS recognizes and awards deserving teams that embody our Core Values. The Shining Example Award is given to a standing team providing exemplary service to both internal and external customers

ED Award of Excellence: The Executive Director’s Award of Excellence recognizes ad hoc or project teams that are pulled together to address a specific matter.

Golden Apple Award: The Golden Apple is TRS's highest award for outstanding individual contributors. This honorary award recognizes employees who consistently exceed the expectations for their job in many ways.

Contact Center STAR Program: Awarded quarterly for outstanding achievements in the Benefit Services contact center.

Employee Appreciation Tailgate: Annual celebration, rain or shine, food, fun, and music!

Employee Awards Ceremony: Annual program to recognize performance and service milestones

Additional Time Off for Outstanding Performance Employees may receive extra time off, up to 32 hours per fiscal year
